The one-day check

Duration: 2 days

What is it about?
Two half-days with the management team and one half-day for development—on site or hybrid. We review key performance indicators, listen to you carefully, analyze, and classify: Is it about results, capacity utilization, and/or structure?

2 Basic
The one-week analysis

Duration: 1 week

What is it about?
Three to four days on site, one to two days remote. We conduct interviews with management and executives and, by arrangement, also with employees and the works council. We analyze structures, processes, organization, and communication.

3 Professional
The one-month sprint

Duration: 1 month

What is it about?
Transition from analysis to an actionable roadmap. Ideal in a 60/40 model (Tue–Thu on site, Mon/Fri remote). Together, we develop a roadmap with SMART goals and run a pilot.
