Three to four days on site, one to two days remote. We conduct interviews with management and executives and, by agreement, also with employees and the works council. We analyze structures, processes, organization, and communication.

Transition from analysis to an actionable roadmap. Ideal in a 60/40 model (Tue-Thu on site, Mon/Fri remote). We work together to develop a roadmap with SMART goals and run a pilot.
