Notes on the Use of Artificial Intelligence

1. Use of Generative AI Tools

We use generative AI tools (e.g. large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) as supporting aids in the creation of texts, concepts, and consulting documents, as well as for the machine translation of our website content (AI Translate).

Use is carried out exclusively under human supervision. All AI-generated results are reviewed and approved by a qualified person before use. AI systems do not make independent decisions about individuals in our company.

2. ValueProfilePlus Diagnostic System

ValueProfilePlus is not an artificial intelligence system. It is a mathematical evaluation model based on formal axiology that operates with deterministic calculation rules that have remained unchanged for decades. No machine learning takes place. Users do not upload documents; the system processes only the answers entered in the assessment.

The calculated profiles serve exclusively as a basis for the personal consultation. No automated decision-making and no automated profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place. All assessments and decisions in the context of personnel selection, personnel development, or consulting are made and ultimately carried out under the responsibility of a natural person (consultant).

3. Human Oversight

AI tools support our work—they do not replace professional judgment. We ensure that all AI-generated content and AI-supported analyses are subject to human quality control. The persons responsible for the use of AI are trained in AI literacy in accordance with the legal requirements of Art. 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

4. Labeling of AI-Generated Content

If content on our websites (e.g. texts or graphics) has been created substantially by generative AI and labeling is relevant for users' understanding, we make this clear. Our strategic consulting services and personal advisory reports are always the result of human professional expertise.

5. Prohibited Practices

We do not use systems for biometric emotion recognition, social scoring, or the manipulative influencing of individuals. This applies to all our services and assessments.

6. Data Protection

The processing of personal data in connection with the use of AI tools is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Section 25 TDDDG. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
