Information on the Use of Artificial Intelligence

1. Use of Generative AI Tools
We use generative AI tools (e.g. large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) as supporting aids in the creation of texts, concepts and consulting documents, for the machine translation of our website content (AI Translate), and for the creation and editing of images, graphics and visual drafts.
They are used exclusively under human supervision. All AI-generated results are reviewed and approved by a qualified person before use. In our company, AI systems do not make independent decisions about individuals.
2. AI-Generated Images on Our Websites
On our websites, images, visuals and illustrative representations used for editorial purposes are generally created or edited with generative artificial intelligence. The images used on our websites may be fully or partially artificially generated, composed, stylized or edited. They may depict people, rooms, situations, work environments, production settings, consulting settings, objects or other scenes that were not photographed in this exact form in real life.
Logos, brand identifiers, icons, technical interface elements, screenshots or embedded documents may differ from this insofar as, by their function, they are not editorial AI images.
3. Realistic AI Depictions and Recognizable Persons
Individual images on our websites may contain realistic-looking AI-generated or AI-edited representations of real and recognizable persons, in particular shareholders, partners or employees of Ferchl und Veitl GbR. The resemblance to and recognizability of these persons may be intentional.
These depictions are not unaltered photographs of real situations. They may be wholly or partly artificially generated, stylized, composed, or edited. The persons, rooms, meetings, production situations, or other scenes shown therefore do not necessarily have to have occurred exactly as depicted.
If real or identifiable persons are used as a template, motif, or component of an AI-generated or AI-edited depiction, this is done only on a lawful basis and in compliance with personality rights, data protection requirements, copyrights, and other applicable rights.
4. Labeling of AI-Generated Content
We indicate the use of AI-generated or AI-edited images via the permanently visible footer link AI Notice. This provides users with a central and permanently accessible explanation that images used for editorial purposes on our websites may be artificially generated or edited.
For depictions that appear particularly realistic or portrait-like, we ensure that users can recognize directly in the immediate usage context that it may be an AI-generated or AI-edited depiction.
We do not additionally label non-photorealistic content that is clearly recognizable as an illustration, graphic, comic, sketch, or artistic depiction on an individual basis, provided there is no risk of confusion with a real photograph, a real person, or an actual situation.
5. No automated decision-making about individuals
AI tools support our work - they do not replace professional judgment. Our strategic consulting services, analyses, and personal advisory reports are always the result of human expertise.
At our company, AI systems do not make independent decisions about applicants, employees, customers, business partners, or other persons. Automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR does not take place through our AI tools.
6. ValueProfilePlus diagnostic system
ValueProfilePlus is not an artificial intelligence system. It is a mathematical evaluation model based on formal axiology that works with deterministic calculation rules that have remained unchanged for decades. No machine learning takes place. Users do not upload any documents; the system processes only the answers entered in the assessment.
The calculated profiles serve exclusively as a basis for the personal consultation. No automated decision-making and no automated profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place. All assessments and decisions in the context of personnel selection, personnel development, or consulting are ultimately made and assumed by a natural person.
7. Human oversight and AI competence
We ensure that all AI-generated content and AI-supported analyses are subject to human quality control. The persons responsible for the use of AI receive training in AI literacy in accordance with the legal requirements of Art. 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).
8. Prohibited practices
We do not use AI systems for biometric emotion recognition, social scoring, or the manipulative influence of persons. This applies to all our offerings, consulting services, and assessments.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data in connection with the use of AI tools is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Section 25 TDDDG. Please see our for details Privacy Policy.
